At Kima’s Jewelry, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition with all packaging intact.
  • Customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry cannot be returned.

2. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer support team at contact.kimasjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide instructions for sending your item back.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the return is approved.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the item is defective or damaged.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact.kimasjewelry@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or full refund.

5. Exchanges
Exchanges are handled the same way as returns. Once we receive the original item, we can ship a replacement according to your request.
