At Kima’s Jewelry, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition with all packaging intact.
- Customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry cannot be returned.
2. How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer support team at contact.kimasjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide instructions for sending your item back.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the return is approved.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the item is defective or damaged.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact.kimasjewelry@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or full refund.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are handled the same way as returns. Once we receive the original item, we can ship a replacement according to your request.
